Can I reserve a unit before I apply?

Units are not reserved. Only after the lease has been signed and the security deposit has been paid in full will the units be considered under contract.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

You will be required to pay first month, plus two security deposit in order to be able to move in.

Is the deposit refundable?
  • YES. As long as you do not have an outstanding balance and the unit is returned in undamaged, broom-clean condition, the security deposit will be refunded via check within 30 days of move-out.
Who needs a cosigner?

Unfortunately if  the applicant do not have sufficient verifiable income, do not pass a background check or do not have the required FICO score, the application will be denied, regardless if a  cosigner is present.

How do I pay rent?

Tenants may pay rent via ACH using the tenant portal, cash delivered to our admin, a cashier’s check, money order or Zelle. Personal checks are not acceptable forms of payment.

Are you pet friendly?

Cats and birds are allowed. ONLY service dogs of under 50 lbs will be allowed with required documentation and with a $25 monthly charge.

My lease is set to expire soon, and I want to move out. What do I do?
If you do not wish to renew your lease, please provide written notice no less than 30 days before your lease expires.
Who do I contact if I have a maintenance issue?

You are welcome to use our portal to submit maintenance request, emails or text messages to our admin.
